The space

The 150m2 apartment is spacious and perfect for couples, families, and business guests. We warmly welcome you to a home where you can relax after a full day exploring the city

Guest access

The apartment is on a high floor of a mixed-use commercial and residential building, as such it is very safe and well-maintained. Our guests will have exclusive access to the whole apartment and shared amenities of the Sailing Tower, plus:
– Other services available upon request: airport transfer, daily housekeeping, currency exchange, food delivery, bike rental, luggage storage
– For late-night and early-morning arrival guests, please let us know if you request a grocery service, and we will stock the fridge for you
– Early Check-In and Late Check Out upon availability and with an additional fee
– 24/7 security on the ground floor
– Secured building with surveillance cameras in the lobby and hallway, heat detectors, hard-wired smoke alarms, and a computer-controlled access system
– Amenities access can be restricted based on last-minute building maintenance/repairs or condominium policy changes
