The space

Stay in central District 1 and relax in the comfort of a modern and ultra safe apartment with 24/7 security guard and professional front desk staff. Enjoy our rooftop pool, sauna, and gym whenever you wish to escape the hustle of the city.
Please note that this listing is for TWO separate suites of the same layout in the same building. Your family or group of friends can be close to each other with needed privacy.

Each suite is spacious and perfectly designed for couples, families and business guests. Each has an en-suite master bedroom; a second bedroom with floor-to-ceiling glass window and a beautiful large living space. The second bathroom with deep bathtub is located just outside the second bedroom

We warmly welcome you to a home where you can relax after a full day exploring the city:
– Comfortable mattresses, pillows with 100% cotton bed linens
– All travel essentials for light travelers: shampoo, conditioner, soap, hair dryer and large pool and bath towels
– Large QLED Smart TV with access to local and international TV channels, Netflix and Youtube
– Fully equipped kitchen with glass top stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, fridge and freezer
– Nescafe espresso maker and drinking water (so we can all reduce the use of plastic bottles!)
– Washer, dryer, iron & iron board

Guest access

Our guests will have exclusive access to the whole apartment and shared amenities of the building, plus:
– Other services available upon request: airport transfer, daily housekeeping, currency exchange, food deliver, bike rental, luggage storage
– Early Check In and Late Check Out upon availability and with additional fee
– For late night and early morning arrival guests, please let us know if you request a grocery service, we will stock the fridge for you
– 24/7 security on the ground floor
– Secured building with surveillance cameras in the lobby and hallway, heat detectors, hard-wired smoke alarms and a computer controlled access system
– Amenities access can be restricted based on last minute building maintenance / repairs
