Hotel-quality linens, sheets, and towels are provided. Our guests have exclusive use of the en-suite Washer and Dryer (Dryer is a rarity in Athens as most people hang their clothes dry, we believe a Dryer can help to make sheets and towels super soft for our guests!)

Guests will be entirely responsible for their conduct in the apartment and all common areas. – Registered guests must respect the peace, health, and safety of the other tenants of the building. No objects or furniture are allowed in the common spaces (corridor and staircase included) – We welcome booking guests 25-year-old or older, accompanying guests can be younger than 25 – No shoes inside the house – No smoking inside the house, including the balcony as it is prone to cause fire – No party or loud noise past 11P – For luggage drop-offs, guests need to coordinate with our team in advance and will depend on availability
