The space
The 140 sqm apartment plus balcony is spacious and perfect for friends, couples, families, and business guests. There are three bedrooms, of which one has an en-suite bathroom, a large living room, and a dining space overlooking the city of Saigon.
We warmly welcome you to a home where you can relax after a full day exploring the city.

Guest access
The apartment is on the highest floor of a mix-used commercial and residential building, as such it is very safe and well maintained. Our guests will have exclusive access to the whole apartment and shared amenities of Sailing Tower, plus:
– Other services available upon request: airport transfer, daily housekeeping, currency exchange, food deliver, bike rental, luggage storage
– Early Check In and Late Check Out upon availability and with additional fee
– For late night and early morning arrival guests, please let us know if you request a grocery service, we will stock the fridge for you
– 24/7 security on the ground floor
– Secured building with surveillance cameras in the lobby and hallway, heat detectors, hard-wired smoke alarms and a computer controlled access system
– Amenities access can be restricted based on last minute building maintenance / repairs or condominium policy changes
